## What is Dear You?

Dear You is a breast self-check reminder widget that helps users set up recurring monthly reminders. It supports multiple channels: SMS, email, WhatsApp, and calendar subscriptions (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook).

The widget is multilingual (English, German, French) and can be embedded on any website via iframe.

## How it works

1. User chooses a reminder channel (SMS, email, WhatsApp, or calendar)
2. For SMS/email: enters contact info and receives monthly reminders
3. For WhatsApp: scans a QR code to join the reminder group
4. For calendar: subscribes to an ICS feed with recurring self-check events every 4 weeks
